Options for the ADR AUTOWRAPPER
The ADR AUTOWRAPPER is a cellophane overwrapper with different options.
You can order the ADR EZ Wrapper or the SPEEDSTAR series to make the first weld.
Check out this video with the combination of the ADR AUTOWRAPPER and the SPEEDSTAR 1 cellophane overwrapper.
If you want to order this combination please make sure to choose the right product in the dropdown menu.
Some users have multiple EZ Wrapper or SPEEDSTAR series and collect the goods to make the final welding on the sides with the AUTOWRAPPER.
If needed we can provide you a mobile height adjustable table to create the perfect working enviroment.
It is important to create an ergonomical work space if you produce lot of products with the cellophane overwrapper.
Each unit comes with one set of adaptors for 1 product.
Every product that has another height will need an additional adapter set.
The adapter set is very easy and fast to change. This way you can make sure the production with the cellophane overwrapper will increase your output.
Optionally you can add a label applicator after the semiautoamtic cellophane overwrapper.
This way a price label, EAN sticker or every other label can be applicated to the product automatically.

Dopo un breve periodo di formazione, una cellofanatrice Autowrapper può essere utilizzata per avvolgere fino a 600 pezzi all'ora (a seconda delle dimensioni del prodotto e dell'operatore). Ha un alto livello di flessibilità, impiegando meno di 10 minuti di tempo di cambio tra un formato e l'altro.
