Semiautomatic cellophane overwrapper to wrap squared products that already have welding on the long side. This system gives the product an nice finish.
The Autowrapper folds and welds the right and left side at the same time. This cellophane overwrapper can be combined with the EZ Wrapper, Speedstar I or Speedstar III.

The ADR AUTOWRAPPER cellophane overwrapper is a system that will fold and weld the right & left side of your product.
You need to have the first long side welded already before you use the cellophane overwrapper.
If you want to create the first long weld you need to do it with an EZ Wrapper, Speedstar I or Speedstar III.
With the combined setup of a manual system and the AUTORWRAPPER you will increase your total output of welded products.
The semiautomatic overwrapper will safe time for the second and third weld on the short sides.
Just put your product into the center of the cellophane foil, put it into the AUTOWRAPPER and press the two buttons at the same time.
Everything else is done by the cellophane overwrapper automatically.
The AUTOWRAPPER is quite easy to use.
Two temperature controllers regualte the exact temperature in the cellophane overwrapper.
One is for the left side and one is for the right side.
If you need to adjust the temperature this is done with a couple of clicks on the buttons of the controller.
After the unit is heated up you place your product, that already has the first weld, into the folding adapter fingers.
Now you start the process by pushing the 2 buttons at the same time.
The product is pushed through the system precisely, folds the cellophane foil and welds the foil at the end of the process.
You will have a nice finished overwrapped product.
There is the chance of adding a labeling machine in line.
So after using the cellophane overwrapper the labelling unit will place a label onto the product.
The ADR AUTOWRAPPER is a cellophane overwrapper with different options.
You can order the ADR EZ Wrapper or the SPEEDSTAR series to make the first weld. Check out this video with the combination of the ADR AUTOWRAPPER and the SPEEDSTAR 1 cellophane overwrapper.

Some users have multiple EZ Wrapper or SPEEDSTAR series and collect the goods to make the final welding on the sides with the AUTOWRAPPER.
If needed we can provide you a mobile height adjustable table to create the perfect working enviroment. It is important to create an ergonomical work space if you produce lot of products with the cellophane overwrapper.
Each unit comes with one set of adaptors for 1 product. Every product that has another height will need an additional adapter set. The adapter set is very easy and fast to change. This way you can make sure the production with the cellophane overwrapper will increase your output.
Optionally you can add a label applicator after the semiautoamtic cellophane overwrapper. This way a price label, EAN sticker or every other label can be applicated to the product automatically.
In addition to the favorable investment and service costs, the special advantages include the short training period of the employees.
After a short training period, an EZ cello wrapper can be used to wrap up to 150 packages per hour in high-quality foil.
Use of high-quality foils for optimum welding result. ADR AG also supplies the high-quality films suitable for the EZ wrapper. The certified ADR films ensure consistent quality and functionality with the EZ wrapper.
